Who will I be talking to?

We will review any materials you send ahead to time, but it’s OK to wait until the call to explain your project.

Yes. Reply to your confirmation email with whatever you have: a short description of the project, a specification or a drawing, or your constraints and goals.

Yes. We can sign an NDA before the call. 

By default we call you on the number you leave when you book. If you prefer a video call, send an invite to the address in your confirmation email and we will accept it.

That is a good time to talk. It is much cheaper to find out at the concept stage that an approach will not work than after a prototype has been built.

We start by clarifying the objective and constraints, specifications, requirements and goals. Then we can prepare a proposal based on the scope of work that works for your situation.
